CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY- Budget Airline Cebgo, a rebranded company by Cebu Pacific, brags all year-round fare from Cagayan de Oro to Tagbilaran, Bohol as low as P1,235.00. This is according to Alexander Lao, president and CEO of Cebgo as mentioned in a Business Mirror article published January 30, 2017. The said airline company will also open a new Cagayan de Oro - Bacolod route and accordingly, it will cost P1,806.

“These new routes will open great opportunities for every Juan, both business and leisure travelers alike, enabling them to visit the Visayas region more conveniently. At the same time, passengers from Tagbilaran and Bacolod will now be able to explore Mindanao without the hassle, through the gateway that is Cagayan de Oro,” said Lao.

Both new routes will be using the new ATR 72-600 aircraft, it said, and the new planes are expected to arrive in early March. The company also offers promo this summer. Both new routes will be launched with its all-in seat sale as low as P799. The promotional fare already include taxes and fees, while bags, meals and other ancillaries may be added as preferred.

As of recently, the main transportation means plying Cagayan de Oro-Bohol and Cagayan de Oro-Bacolod routes are RoRo and 2GO ships.
