PAGADIAN CITY- Despite questions regarding why the city became the regoinal center of Zamboanga Peninsula Region, regional office remains in Pagadian City, one of the fastest growing cities in the peninsula. The perception that regional center must sit on the most progressive city in the region is not always true since some regions in the country has their regional seats on the second or the third biggest city.
