ZAMBOANGA CITY- First District Representative Celso Lobregat is pushing the construction of two multi-million flyovers with feasibility study now being readied by the Department of Public Works and Highway (DPWH) for its inclusion in the 2018 national budget.

The first flyover will ease up traffic along Veterans Avenue which will rise from Gov. Camins Avenue to the Maria Clara Lobregat Highway. The other overpass will be along the Zamboanga City Labuan-Limpapa Highway from the junction of Taupan Road in Barangay San Jose Gusu towards Barangay Calarian in the west coast.

Lobregat said the completion of the project will result in smooth flow of vehicular traffic from and to the city proper both from east and west coast of this city.
