21-floor Inspiria Davao is now on vertical construction as of April 2017. This durian-inspired structure is the first high-rise project of Gardenstate Enterprises Inc., a Davao-based developer, located at J.P. Laurel Ave., Bajada, Davao City just right beside Aeon Towers.

“This project offers an essence of home to those people who are always on-the-go with its strategic and very convenient location beside Abreeza Ayala Mall Davao Corporate Center, one of the most accessible locations in the city,” Bernardo Teo Jr., Inspiria project manager, said, as stated in a news article written by Ace June Rell S. Perez of Sunstar Davao on May 29, 2016.

Sunstar reported that Inspiria will feature retail shops including banks, convenience stores, drugstores and coffee shops in the ground floor. It will offer infinity pool for both kids and adults, fitness gym, naturally ventilated hallways for better air flow advanced waste water treatment technology and centralized cistern tank in accordance to the city’s new ordinance which will serve as a catch basin for rainwater.
