Another tower crane arrived at the construction site of the newest mall under-construction in the city of Ormoc, Letye as photo below taken yesterday suggests.

The said mall will have a Gross Floor Area of more than 20,380 square meters. Rising in the city’s Poblacion area along Real Street, the mall will have a Gross Leasable Area of 14,495.62 square meters. The image below is the render of the said project.

The mall will have four storeys and cater six cinemas according to the information disclosed by Mayor Richard Gomez.

Ormoc City is a 1st class city in the province of Leyte with a population of 215,031 inhabitants based on 2015 census. Ormoc is also the gateway to the Leyte Industrial Development Estate in the nearby town of Isabel, home of the Philippine Phosphate Fertilizer Plant, the largest fertilizer factory in Asia, and the Philippine Associated Smelter and Refining Company, the country's biggest copper processing plant, among other industries.
